🎯 What You'll Be Doing (180° Model)

No client chasing. Just talent hunting.
  • Source and recruit C++, Rust, ML/Crypto engineers for performance-critical systems
  • Focus on top-tier Russian-speaking and Eastern European talent
  • Manage the entire recruitment pipeline (from outreach to offer)
  • Craft Boolean searches and personalized outreach across LinkedIn, Telegram, email
  • Coordinate interviews and handle candidate communication
  • Own the invoicing process and track progress
  • Keep improving through hands-on mentorship, playbooks, and training
  • Always act in the agency’s best interest — quality > speed


🧩 Who You Are

  • Background in IT recruitment/sourcing, ideally within a staffing agency
  • Bonus: sales or outbound leadgen experience (you know how to engage cold leads)
  • Experience recruiting for the US or European market
  • Comfortable sourcing deeply technical talent — backend, data, infra
  • Fluent in English, Russian is a strong plus
  • You’re money-motivated, curious, and coachable
  • No social anxiety — cold calls, cold messages, objections? You’re ready
